From the introduction - Jen was unbelievably nice, explained the basics of the purchase process, drove me around to different house viewings, and gained access to homes others were not able to view. Jen is extremely punctual, and would follow up with any asks about a home or selling party. I never went more than a few hours without a detailed answer to a question - even on the weekends. Jen was also pragmatic about my budget, let me know when she felt a home was overvalued, and was never pushy. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
I always felt like Jen knew me and had my best interest in mind; she would text or email me if she ever found anything I would be interested in, and write offers for whatever amount I thought was best. When we found the perfect home, Jen was ruthless to ensure we won, closed on-time, and there were no issues with any aspect of the close. She coordinated with the banks, and selling agent to ensure we were getting exactly what we were purchasing.
When we closed - Jen came over, and congratulated me with a bottle of Champagne. She also changed all of my locks, and when the original locksmith performed a poor job - she paid out of pocket to have her trusted locksmith ensure the job was done right.
